Enter the “Kidbalance – Kid” app, go to “Home” > click on the “Child Avatar” > click on “Parent Mode”. In this mode, the app will support uninstallation as shown in the screenshot below.

Navigate to “Settings” > “Apps & Services” > “App “. Find the “Kidbalance – Kid” app and tap on “Uninstall”.

If the above steps do not allow you to uninstall the “Kidbalance – Child” app due to differences in device brand and version, please proceed to the “Settings” page and search for “Device Administrator” .

Enter the “Kidbalance – Child” app, click on the “Deactivate” button, and then proceed with uninstalling the app.
